We are also continuing to build stronger links with hospitals around the world and introducing arrangements so that we settle customers' bills directly with them. We now have direct settlement arrangements with over 700 hospitals around the world. In addition, our customers have access to around 11,000 medical providers around the globe.

Our International Health Plan is used by individuals as well as businesses of all sizes. We understand that different expatriates have very different requirements and this is why we have three levels of cover available: Prestige, Comprehensive and Standard.

We are continually reviewing and enhancing our products in line with customer requirements. Most recently, we have enhanced our benefits for the provision of cancer cover on both our individual and small corporate plans.
