Barrett, Gieves, de Witt is specialist  in the Rehabilitation and Renovation of  properties.

A wealth of experience rebuilding damaged, burned and derelict houses, flats and dwellings, with the creation of new homes from the rubble of old, we are ideally suited to intimate and sensitive projects that require more than a 9 to 5 commercial commitment.

Comfortable with French, distance or location are no barrier.

All projects will be carried out to R.I.C.S standards, be they a barn, house, chateau, manoir, Grande maison or villa.

Building, renovating, extending houses and projects in the UK and abroad since 1968, we now offer a supervisory capacity to offset the practical construction unawareness of clients by Project Management.

With the increase in cross-channel movement of home buyers, their confusion with language and building skills, we will provide that conduit with the known whilst helping the transition to the new.

The company is the sole trader; the buck stops here.

We will acknowledge and respond to all enquiries on the day that the contact is made.

Although we are not  a 24 hour company, neither are we subject to normal  commercial hours.
If  the only time the client can talk is late, then that is when we will talk.
