www.propertyfinderfrance.net is an online property portal which provides its users with details of thousands of properties across France being sold by both agents and private sellers. We are not the agent for, or seller of, any property listed on the website. To obtain further information about any property on our website you will need to contact the relevent agent / seller directly. The appropriate contact details for each property are given in the "Full Details" of each advertisement. Unfortunately we cannot follow up requests for further information which are addressed to us.

New users to this website:

• If you haven't done so already please click the FREE SIGN UP button on the navigation bar.
  
• Once you have registered you will receive a password via email to use when you next visit the website. If you have any problems using this password, please let us know immediately by email. Remember, to register we only need your name and email address - all other details are optional, and can also be completed any time after registration by visiting the My PFF area.
  
• When signing into the site, please make sure you enter your email address and password in lower case (check that caps lock is not set on your keyboard). You will also need to ensure that cookies are enabled on your computer.
  
• Once you have set up your FREE ACCESS you will also be to receive email alerts. To set up your alerts simply sign into the website, go to the My PFF area, and click "Edit" in the Alerts section. As well as selecting the criteria for your alerts, you will also be able to select how often you receive these emails (daily, weekly or never). These criteria can be changed at any time during your registration.
  
• Whilst looking at external estate agent websites, keep www.propertyfinderfrance.net open on the property search page so that you can make the most of the glossary facility, or easily continue your search.

If you have a property or building plot to sell on this site:

• Adding a property to www.propertyfinderfrance.net is free of charge.
  
• Click on the 'Add Your Property' button on the left hand navigation bar.
  
• Complete the details in the form provided (all fields with a red asterisk are required).
  
• You can upload images you may have of the property (up to 3 images, each of no more than 72dpi in resolution and a maximum of 450 pixels wide).
  
• Your property details will be moderated by a member of the www.propertyfinderfrance.net team prior to your advert going live - all accepted adverts will appear on the site within 24 business hours.
  
• If you have any amendments to make to your advertisement, or if you wish to add photographs after the information has been submitted, please email details / pictures to us.
  
• When your property is sold please email us and we will remove it for you. (The publishers reserve the right to remove adverts after a period of 12 months if we do not hear from the vendor prior to this date).
  
• We reserve the right to reject or cancel adverts at any time.

FAQs

• I can’t seem to log in with the password supplied?
  
  Make sure your computer has cookies enabled, and that you are entering your full email address and the password provided in lower case letters, as some systems are case sensitive. If you still have problems, please email us.

• How do I change the language on the adverts?
  
  To help you to understand the listings in French we have added two tools:
  
  1) The Glossary - on the right hand side of the screen you will find the Glossary which will help identify words and phrases commonly used by French Estate Agents and Vendors.
  
  2) Intellisense - if you hover your mouse over any word highlighted in red the English translation of that word will appear.
  
  If you need further help with the listings we would recommend At the moment we do not have a built-in translation service, although this is something we are looking into. However in the meantime we would recommend a free translation website which will translate a word, block of text or even an entire website for you. You will find some examples below:

• I’m adding a property but the form is telling me the price field isn’t valid?
  
  Prices need to be entered as digits only, eg 140000 rather than 140,000 or €140000

• I’ve filled in the form to upload a property and all the details look ok, but it doesn’t seem to be accepted – why?
  
  If all the details are entered correctly (and no red asterisks appear), then this usually means that the images you have attached are too large for our system to process. The optimum size for images on our site is 450 pixels wide, 72 dpi in resolution, and in JPEG format. If you do not have the facility to resize your images, please upload the advert without attaching images, and then email the images to us – we will resize them and add them to your advert.

• How can I amend or delete my advert, and how can I add images?
  
  Simply email  the details to us and we will arrange this for you.

• I am an estate agent, how can I include my properties on your website?
  
  You can upload as many properties as you like, free of charge, by clicking “Add Your Property” and completing the online form for each property you wish to add. These details will then be moderated and should appear online the next working day. You will need to let us know of any changes to the details, or when the property sells, so that we can keep our listings up to date.

• I work for a company providing products/services in France – how can I feature in your directory?
